New Zealand is an Island in the South Pacific. Rugby is the most popular sport in New Zealand and there are teams at all levels of the game.
The National team is the All Blacks. They got this name as a commentator in a Newspaper commented that they played like the team were all Backs but a typo changed it to "All Blacks". Before matches the All Blacks perform the Haka a performance meant to intimidate the opposition and stir up the players.
2011 World Cup[]
The 2011 world cup is being held in New Zealand with games being played in most of the major centers. Eden Park the main stadium in Auckland is not up to World Cup standards. the Auckland rugby union is deciding whether to upgrade it or to build a new waterfront stadium
